Will it work with my devices?

Phone: the magnetic pad is built for MagSafe iPhones (12 and newer). Other Qi phones will charge on the pad but won't snap magnetically without a magnetic ring or case.

Watch: designed for Apple Watch. Not compatible with Samsung or Fitbit watches.

Earbuds: works with any wireless charging case — AirPods, Galaxy Buds, and most others.
